The Human Condition

We will always ask why things are the way they are. Why does evil exist and if you are bad you are punished, so why do bad things happen to good people? How was Jesus God and man? These almost look like some questions a child might ask and at this point they were the major questions of the day. I am not sure we have ever, or will ever answer them to the satisfaction of everyone, but one correlation is clear. The questions asked in the infancy of the church appear to be directly related to the kinds of questions asked by an individual during the begining of his/her spiritual journey.
